River Ang Pao 2006
I went to River AngPao 2006 yesterday night to celebrate the first hour hour of Chinese New Year. Wow oh wee! There were lots of food and people and lights!!!
Why Chinese New Year they sell japanese pancake and my favourite takopachi? I have no ideao but it's ok I love my takopachi so no complains.
We walked around the food section of River AngPao, rounded a corner and found a wishing well! Hehehe! With my first attempt I managed to hit the "Xue Ye Meng Jing"- tremendous improvement in studies (Tee Hee!) and my third attempt I hit "Shi Shi Shun Li"-everything goes wells. This is going to be a good year for me!

Tyler Web Bug note #1
Just hoping to share some stuff I came across while doing web app.
1. Loading dynamic XML document via HTTPS to Flash in IE.
With the current IE 6, you will not be able to do that unless you specify the cache and pragma header in the xml document to cache. This is a bug in IE 6 causing dynamic xml documents not to load for Flash in SSL.
2. Server side preloading
When doing preloading on server side by pushing partial completed webpage first and following by the completed one once it has finished. You must take note that the rendering engine in most browser will not display your html code (esp table tag) unless you complete them. Using div tag is better
3. XML node manipulation for html tag in IE (esp doing AJAX)
Almost all standard xml javascript is supported in IE except a few functions which are buggy in IE. A few examples is the setAttribute method. Doing it in IE will output the correct innerHTML string but it does not register in the windows event. e.g node.setAttribute("onclick", "method_name()") will not work unless you manually register the event in windows, setting attribute for class, CSS will not work also. Use the conventional method if need be.

4 years of tender loving care... and she bites the dust
I shall tell the world the sad, sad story of my beloved's demise. Since our first meeting during the summer of 2002, we have done so many things together. Emulating, Gaming, Torrenting, Hacking, Coding... All of these were done with such passion. And then suddenly, in the year 2006, on a cold Saturday night, my beloved experienced organ failure, and she could never wake again. But alas, I shall seek the assistance of the other guild members tomorrow, to find a way to raise my love from the grave, and let her run free once more.
PS: For those who think I'm crazy, this is my laptop we're talking about here. :D
