Today, our Battle Stations forum got spammed by a player of some web game. Their game has more than 1 million registered players (launched Dec 2006), ours has 24,000 players (launched Oct 2007).
Let's compare traffic numbers:
We have lower traffic but it's almost on par. And we have 41.6 times less players. At our current rate of growth, guess where we'll be given the same amount of time?
This is the same web game that's been responsible for spamming a lot of other Facebook games like Warbook and Pirates.

Wow, this person must have injured your pride somehow... darn! (>.<)
But anyway, Battlestation rocks. I may forever claim Heavy Torpedos are overpowered compared to the the Heavy Cannon, but your game rocks. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. <(^.^)>
I've played this game before; I gotta tell ya, it's not only boring, but it can be obnoxious. It forces you to pay for a good part of the game, not as in a gentle way, but as in you must continually buy from them. They even send you an email after you become inactive, as I did, to try to lure you back in.
It wasn't a pride issue.
The spammer not only tried to promote his game but he also called Battle Station players homos and compared them to dead rappers.
dont worry
hes just scared taht hes gay
That's just sick.
hahahaha, homos. thats funny, but stupid. This person obviously has no Idea how a good game works and how much hard work it takes to make a game of this quality. GO BATTLESTATIONS AND MW!!! ps, is this "world" in BS the same world that's the basis of sios in the main MW series? (mw 1-5)
Eventually, Fallen Sword will Fall...xD
